Processing Time
All orders shall be processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as Festival season, processing may take longer, but the Company shall, however, endeavour to dispatch all orders at the earliest possible time.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Ordinarily, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Delays may occur owing to increased demand during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of the order, the Customer shall receive an email containing a tracking number and relevant details to enable real-time tracking of the shipment.
