- Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products. However, we may make exceptions in the following cases:
- If the product is not received.
- If the product gets lost in transit.
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product gets damaged during shipping.

If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Below is our return policy to guide you through the return and replacement process:
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or incorrect products received.
- The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Process
- If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
- Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines may be affected by delays from the transport company, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
We aim to make the return and replacement process as seamless as possible.
Exchange Policy
Items in your order can be exchanged within 24-48 hours from the delivery date.
- Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue.
- One of the steps includes a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline the request if the product is used, damaged or without tags.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered store credit/product exchange. Store credit comes with a validity of 50 days.
- We provide exchange only once, so please make sure the selected size is correct. Our team is available to assist you with sizing queries.
- Exchange charges are ₹250, as we rely on third-party delivery partners. These charges cover the reverse pickup and delivery of the new product. Customers are required to pay for one-way charges only.
- The exchanged product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned product and will be delivered within 7-9 days.
- In case of a return pickup, if your area pin code falls under a non-serviceable category, you will be informed. In such cases, you will be required to send the product via your local courier centre. You will not be charged for the exchange process in this situation.
- Products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
